The mixture was concentrated to remove tetrahydrofuran and extracted with ethyl acetate 3 times, then the organic phases were combined, washed with saturated brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, concentrated, and recrystallized with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate to give a white solid 10.3g, yield: 92percent. 1HNMR(300MHz, CDCl3): delta 8.0(1H, d, J=15.3), 7.8(1H, d, J=15.7), 7.2-7.4(6H, m), 7.1-7.2(2H, m), 7.0(1H, d, J=8.6), 5.6(1H, dd, J=4.0,9.0), 4.8(1H, t, J=8.8,17.5), 4.3(1H, dd, J=4.0, 8.8), 3.8 (3H, s).
