80-65-9, (b) 0.5 g (2.0 mmol) of Compound II was dissolved in 10 ml of methanol, 0.24 g (2.4 mmol) of Furazolidone metabolites AOZ, at 60 ~ 70 reaction 2h, the reaction was completed, cooled to room temperature, filtered to give 0.32g furazolidone metabolite haptens.
