With the objective of obtaining slow-acting isoniazid derivatives, of potential use as chemoprophylactics or chemotherapeutics in tuberculosis, the micelle-forming copolymer of poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(aspartic acid) prodrug with isoniazid was synthesized.
