[OM] in DCM, 105ml, 0. [105MOL)] was added. The mixture was stirred for 2.5 hours at [0C] then quenched by the addition of saturated ammonium chloride (500ml). Water (100ml) and [DICHLOROMETHANE] [(100ML)] were added, the aqueous phase extracted with a further 2 x [100ML DICHLOROMETHANE,] the combined organics dried over [NA2SO4] and evaporated.
